Vestas' portfolio of e-commerce solutions aims to be the preferred suite of digital channels, where customers engage with Vestas to discover and purchase the energy products and services they need.As the product and implementation manager for e-procurement, you will be at the front of defining, launching and maturing the portfolio of purchasing integrations that selected customers need, in order to deliver and capture value throughout the lifecycle of their energy assets. You will be part of the e-commerce digital area, which also includes Vestas' online B2B webshop .Responsibilties
As the product and implementation manager for e-procurement, you will be responsible for:
- Defining and standardizing the product scope and boundaries of Vestas' e-procurement B2B integrations
- Defining the Objectives and Key Results, product strategy, and product roadmap; and ensuring their alignment with Vestas' digital and business goals
- Collaborating with stakeholders across the company's commercial functions to fit the e-procurement integrations into the commercial strategy
- Continuously discovering new opportunities to deliver and capture value through customer research, analytics, engagement with internal partners, and other sources of qualitative and quantitative insights
- Coordinating the execution of new initiatives and the design, experimentation and development of new features that can drive the intended objectives
- As part of a cross-functional team, coordinating the implementation of new customer integrations, from opportunity validation to business launch
- Participating in the design, formation and maturing of an internal e-procurement product team
- Defining and anchoring the business operations activities needed to deliver and to capture value throughout the lifecycle of our customers' integrations
- 3+ years' experience working as Digital Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar roles within a B2B product area
- Demonstrable knowledge of procurement and purchasing processes. Experience in B2B e-commerce is good to have
- Experience with ERPs, either as a user or as part of implementation initiatives
- Experience working with different EDI document types, formats and data mapping Experience in API, FTP, VAN and other data transfer methods is good to have
- Aptitude and experience with customer-facing interactions
- Demonstrable aptitude in using data to identify pain points and opportunities, and to take decisions around the viability and usability of initiatives
- Practical knowledge or demonstrable aptitude in setting OKRs or similar goal-setting frameworks, and in using them as guidance for product decisions
- You are fluent in English, both spoken and written . Fluency in other languages is good to have
- You are curious and are constantly learning new skills and knowledge domains
- You have a good balance between technical and commercial knowledge, and can identify, understand and articulate the value of digital products. You are comfortable speaking with customers, with software engineers, and with internal stakeholders across different organizational levels
- You work well in an empowered team setup, you work with a team to leverage its collective knowledge, and do not shy away when it is time to take decisions
- You understand the value of qualitative and quantitative insights; the process for collecting them, and when to use them
- You are motivated to set direction for your digital product but also to execute on your plans and achieve measurable results

This role can be based in Aarhus (preferred) or Copenhagen, Denmark. We want the best fit for the role, and though the position is preferably located at our headquarters in Aarhus, monthly travelling must be expected, primarily to gather with colleagues in the e-commerce team and with the broader department and stakeholders in Copenhagen.
