To support our organization on the road to increased growth, SimCorp is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Manager for our global headquarters in Copenhagen.You will be responsible for planning and implementing communications programs directed at SimCorp's internal stakeholders with a goal to engage, inspire and motivate our teams to contribute to our growth and success.You will develop strong relationships within the organization in order to build and execute internal communications strategies that articulate and support SimCorp's vision, values, business strategy, and value proposition. These relationships will include all members of SimCorp's Group Management Committee.You will manage global internal communication activities in coordination with our global offices.You will ensure that information distributed to employees is accurate, timely, and reflects the high quality standards of SimCorp.As our Internal Communications Principal, you will report to our Communications Leader, who is a senior member of the Global Marketing and Communications team at SimCorp. This team is responsible for all communications, including PR and content creation/curation, using a multi-channel approach and supporting SimCorp's full range of marketing programs.What we value (our requirements)We are looking for a colleague, who can work both strategically and "hands-on" to support of our business goals, utilizing to the fullest all relevant internal communication channels.SimCorp's activities are worldwide, and our preferred candidate possesses both international experience as well as a global mindset.You are an excellent writer and can translate complex subjects into clear, concise and user friendly communications.You are a true communications generalist with a versatile and tested skill set. You can work proficiently with communications, advice our management team, and contribute to rolling out our strategic plans.As our preferred candidate, you:have minimum five years of experience with strategic communications and/or public relations in an international organization - preferably in a headquarter functionpossess hands-on experience managing Intranets, Email cascades, Content for Events, and internal social media channelsknow how to partner with external communications team members and marketing to ensure integrated planningare capable and experienced in influencing an organization at all levels, including senior managementhold a degree in marketing, corporate communications, public relations, business, media, or similarunderstand how to build an integrated communications plan using written announcements, events, intranets and morepreferably bring insights/experience from financial services, asset management or software industryhave strong interpersonal skills demonstrating passion, courage, and team commitmenthave a fluent Englishwill bring the right attitude including enthusiasm, optimism and collaborationNext steps
