As a key member of the Certification Management Group, you will cultivate and maintain critical client relationships, collaborating closely with Business Development and Sales teams to ensure high-quality service delivery while actively promoting Bureau Veritas' service portfolio. The role demands expert management of service delivery metrics, monitoring performance indicators, conducting annual reviews, and implementing continuous improvement actions. You will support quality improvement programs by analyzing monthly performance results, initiating corrective actions, and ensuring audit team qualifications precisely match client service requirements.To remain a World-leading TIC company, our employees is a priority. Hence, the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, performance optimization techniques, excellent communication skills, and deep technical expertise in certification processes.As minimum requirements, we expect that:

You have experience with quality management systems such as ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 and similar, which gives you a good basis in relation to our products, services, and employees.
Leadership skills with +10 years of leadership experience
Transformation and projects Management experience. Preferably from complex and highly regulated industries
You are proficient in written and verbal English communication. Good Danish skills, both in writing and verbal, is a strong advantage.
You are thorough and structured and have good reporting skills.
