This position is part of the sensor value group located in Brønshøj and will be on-site position. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.You will be a part of the production support group for Dispensing, Function test, Software and Digitalization with report to Senior Value Stream Manager responsible for daily support and growth of our production. If you thrive in a fast paced and cross functional role and want to work to build a world-class production organization—read on.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Work with project management for our future state production in an operational settingInteracting with relevant internal stakeholders influencing the department’s objectives, such as Engineering, R&D and Quality departmentsWork with qualification and validation of equipment and processProcess optimization of current and future production to meet growth and demandDrive changes to improve production performance, yield and capacityThe essential requirements of the job include:Bachelor or master’s in chemical engineering, chemistry, engineering, or similar technical educationPractical experience with operational project work as a project lead or project managerExperience with process chemistry (e.g. material science, polymer chemistry, flow chemistry, automated processes)Experience with GMP production and production environmentStrong skills within planning, executing and communicationFluent in Danish and EnglishIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Problem solving processChange control and deviationFacilitating and driving workshopApplication
