- Act as a Senior IT System Analyst – for Quality Assurance IT systems such as Veeva, TrackWise, MasterControl MX and others.
- Operational Activities related to IT Systems & Optimizing the current processes that is live and in development along with IT System Manager.
- Incident; Change, Problem & User Access Management.
- Work with other stakeholders like QA for Periodic Review, User Review & Audit Trail Review.
- Ability to understand and interpret technical documents and specifications, understanding of relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines.
- Perform Periodic System Reviews: Conduct regular evaluations to ensure the IT system remains in a validated state, consulting IT System Managers and System Owner as necessary.
- Provide Access to GxP Systems: Grant user access to GxP IT Systems following established guidelines to uphold compliance and security measures.
- User Access Review : Carry out systematic review of user access to maintain compliance and security, following predefined guidelines.
- Maintain System Documentation: Create, update, and manage system documentation and instructions in collaboration with IT System Managers.
- Coordinate with System Manager: Work closely with System Manager to ensure systems meet regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Manage Operations and Support Models: Oversee operational processes and support models for IT Systems.
- Incident and Problem Management: Facilitate incident and problem management processes to ensure swift resolution of IT system issues.
- Curate Knowledge Base Articles: Develop and update Knowledge Base articles related to IT Systems, ensuring alignment with the IT System Manager and other relevant parties.
- Update Maintenance Tracker: Regularly update the Maintenance Tracker to reflect changes or developments within IT Systems, ensuring reliability and readiness.
- Interpret Technical Documents: Exhibit capability to understand and interpret technical documents, specifications, and relevant regulatory standards.
- 5+years of operation and maintenance of IT systems, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong ITIL / ITSM knowledge and experience.
- Personal skills: Quality minded, structured with strong analytical skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of software maintenance in a regulated environment.
- Responsible for daily operational tasks within system management.
- Responsible for user access to the IT Systems.
- Align with System Owner & System manager to fulfil the Operational Commitments.
- Maintain the Knowledge Base article in ServiceNOW.
- The overall impact is medium, as this role is partly independent, and high risk actions are consulted with the respective IT System Manager.
- Exercises considerable independence in determining objectives and approaches to assignment; Demonstrates ability to identify issues, independently resolves routine issues, escalates more complex issues to a IT System Manager or System Owner.
