With our commitment to increase penetration in an underserved hearing care market, we want to accelerate our business transformation in order to reach more people, more effectively.The Senior Operations Controller plays a pivotal role in ensuring financial transparency, operational efficiency, and cost accuracy of our Danish manufacturing site in Lynge. By translating production data into meaningful financial insights, this role directly supports strategic decision making, cost optimization and long-term profitability.What you will do

Operational cost controlling, monitoring material, labour, and overhead variances; ensuring alignment between production KPIs as well as financial outcomes
Month-end and year-end closing activities, e.g. preparing accruals, reconciliations and variance analysis
Productivity and profitability analysis, including analysing site performance, identifying savings opportunities, and preparing decision support for plant management
Cross-functional collaboration, working with group finance, operations and BI teams to align processes and drive transparency
Develop new ways of working and improving BI solutions
Supporting financial reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement.

What you bring

Bachelor's degree in Economics, business administration, finance and/or engineering
5-8 years of relevant experience in operational and manufacturing controlling, ideally within a supply chain environment
Knowledge of standard costing and variance analysis
Knowledge of ERP systems and data-driven performance management tools
Able to collaborate cross-functionally with production, supply chain and finance teams to drive productivity
Experience using Power BI to build dashboards and data visualization.
