Then, we have the right job for you.Join us for a life-changing career!The jobAs a Senior Training Partner, you will cover the business area of chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (CMC) Development & Scaling. In this role, you will be responsible for the establishment, execution, and impact of the training strategy in CMC. To do so, you spend a lot of time on CMC’s many “shop floors” engaging with leaders, local training professionals, process group members, and a lot of other colleagues from CMC and P&O (People & Organisation).To succeed with strategic and operational targets, CMC management has decided to embark on an ambitious plan to invest and improve training and further accelerate continuous improvements over the coming years.In the position, you will:
  • Act as a strategic partner to CMC Development & Scaling Mgmt. supporting accelerated competence development, required business impact, and a culture of continuous improvements.
  • Take the lead on implementing a modern and user-friendly training system, based on proven learning, lean, and human performance principles (“Training for Competences”).
  • Advice and support management in developing a high-performing, customer-centric training organization at all sites, incl. a network of training managers that you lead.
  • Support CMC management and stakeholders at all levels to execute a master plan that links key strategic targets with the implementation of prioritized training projects.
  • Prioritise and manage requests for new training solutions provided by Process Groups.
  • Ensure that Project Managers and Consultants are allocated in due time to drive CMC’s training project portfolio forward.
  • Support the development of attractive business cases and facilitate training maturity assessments to identify continuous improvements.
  • Engage in analyses and evaluations of business problems to determine appropriate solutions and provide relevant advice as a trusted partner.
Another key aspect of the position is serving as Area Process Manager of Job Specific Training. In this role, you become a member of NN’s Corporate Training Process group and lead CMC’s training process group to ensure cGxP compliance and drive process optimizations.Qualifications
  • A relevant master’s degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience with developing and implementing training and/or lean programs, preferably in regulated environments.
  • Demonstrated success in complex stakeholder management and change management is essential.
  • Leadership skills, business acumen, and a “customer first” mindset
  • Training and practical experience in relevant areas, such as L&D, lean, project management, and/or cGxP, in addition to your academic degree.
  • Experience with coaching and/or practicing lean leadership is an advantage.
  • Experience with digital learning technologies and/or behavioral design/nudging is an advantage.

You will join Training Partnering & Execution (TP&E), a part of Training & Capability Building (T&CB), a business unit in Global People & Organisation.You will report directly to the Vice President of TP&E.In TP&E we deliver solutions to accelerate competence development, prevent human errors, and drive human performance. We deliver efficient onboarding programs, eliminate waste, and improve both timely training, effective and fast (“time-to-skill”). When new production lines and facilities are being built, we deliver complete training solutions, incl. standards, job aids, and performance support technologies in collaboration with our skilled colleagues from LoB and T&CB.You will experience highly skilled, innovative, and helpful colleagues. Your closest colleagues will be a team of SVP Training Partners (senior training consultants/specialists), managers and specialists as well as Novo Nordisk’s Process Manager of Job Specific Training.
