You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement the Business Area Wind HSE Management System. Additionally, you will drive contractor cooperation and evaluation.With a focus on continuous improvement, you will prioritize targets and influence industry best practices, showcasing your expertise in H&S legislation and regulations. Your tasks and responsibilities encompass effective collaboration and adherence to Vattenfall's values and code of conduct.As Health & Safety Specialist you will also contribute to ensure that Vattenfall and their contractors comply with health & safety legislation, Vattenfall standards and customer and site requirements.Do you want to shape the future? We manage the design & development, construction, maintenance, operation and continuous improvement of wind generation assets, safely and with the highest levels of availability and profitability. We also perform the structuring and execution of project partnerships in accordance with overall wind strategy.Location
The work location can be in Stockholm in Sweden, Kolding in Denmark or London in UK. Some occasional travel (10 to 20 days per year) can be expected.QualificationsFor succeeding in the roleYou can build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.   • A relevant academic background in the field of Health & Safety, Engineer or similar
  • Relevant work experience in H&S in development projects
  • Experience in H&S in the renewables preferable wind offshore
  • Knowledge of safety management
  • Full and detailed understanding of applicable H&S related legislation
  • Experience in managing contractors as clients and/or principal contractors
  • Excellent communication skills in English as well as in the local language Danish or Swedish
