- Identify, develop and manage customer relationships within the Marine industry.
- Participant in the sales activities and closing the deals with the customer.
- Deliver Net Sales, Margin and other relevant metrics.
- Organize and participate in relevant sales meetings with customers.
- Collect and communicate market intelligence and competitor information in dedicated territory.
- All sales activities take place Worldwide and you should expect certain amount of traveling days to meet up with customers.
- Carry out Pre-docking Inspection on LPG vessels and prepare an inspection report.
- Minimum 3 years experience from a similar position within Marine sector.
- Relevant education for example Marine Engineer or other technical background with technical sales would be an advantage for this position.
- Technical competence and problem-solving ability.
- Customer centric mind-set and experience from customer interface related activities.
- Cultural knowledge and bridging the gaps between different cultures.
- Negotiation skills, proficient at negotiations, both technically and commercially.
- Presentation skills, goal-oriented with an understanding of service and customer focus, and with the ability to handle several tasks systematically without losing track.
- Tolerance to work under stress in a complex business environment.
- Fluent in English.
