As a Moulding Engineer you will join a newly established organization and collaborate with highly skilled colleagues within injection moulding in our Global Moulding centre of expertise.Your key tasks will include:Optimization of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) through daily engagement with our global network of external moulders.Global ownership and oversight of moulds within our global network of moulders.Safeguarding our copy mould concepts and baseline processes.Execution of engineering initiatives to capture the relevant process improvement opportunities.Spare part ordering and validations.Taking lead on systematic problem solving.Our global network of external moulders are located in North America, Europe and Asia. Hence some travel activities must be expected and due to time zones some flexibility in the workday is from time to time needed.QualificationsTo be considered for this position, we expect you to:Hold at least a bachelor's degree or higher within a relevant field of engineering.Have some years of experience within injection moulding or mechanical moulding.Knowledge of GMP compliance and inspection readiness.Be fluent in English (both written and spoken).It would be considered as a plus if you are able to speak Danish at a conversational level and are familiar with GMP.As a person, you are an ambitious team-player, proactive and you possess a strong and positive can-do mindset. You have excellent investigation skills, and a root cause analysis mindset. Last but not least, you thrive in working in an international environment, close to production.About the departmentDevice Manufacturing & Sourcing is located in beautiful surroundings in Hillerød. The department FlexTouch® Moulding consists of an in-house high volume production unit and an external global moulding business unit. In global moulding operations we are responsible for developing and maintaining our global fleet of high cavity state-of-art moulds, automated laser printing lines, vision systems and robot equipment.When you join the team you'll be assigned a primary workplace location at our office in Hillerød while the principles of our hybrid work model 'Best of Both', role eligibility and frequency will be discussed with you during the recruitment process.Working at Novo NordiskNovo Nordisk is its people.
