As a Project Associate, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our store environments and fixture assortments. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and refining our store design guidelines and furniture assortment to create engaging retail experiences.
  • Providing vital support to regions and markets by offering guidance on assortment, introduction guidelines, and mounting instructions.
  • Playing a crucial role in managing and overseeing store-related projects, ensuring stakeholder involvement and timely delivery.
  • Leading our fixture testing process by creating comprehensive test guidelines, conducting surveys, and gathering valuable feedback from stakeholders.
  • Supporting the team with various development and project management tasks, including creating realistic fixture renders and technical drawing packages.
Enthusiastic, flexible, and collaborative
Preferably, you have a positive and flexible mindset, a structured approach, and excellent project management and communication skills. You can work independently, but you are also a team player who collaborates well cross-functionally. Furthermore, we hope you have or can demonstrate:
  • A structured and organized work style.
  • Great stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as being a team player.
  • Skilled InDesign and Photoshop user.
  • Skilled in Revit and V-Ray rendering.
  • Min. 3 years' experience with similar tasks
  • Speak and write English fluently and used to working in an international environment.
  • A positive and can-do mindset
