Then you might be our new colleague.As our D365FO Lead Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and delivering our WMS (Warehouse Management System) with our three different Divisions Enterprise, Gaming and Hearing.You will be playing a key role in clarifying business processes, specifying requirements, and designing a global ERP and WMS template in close cooperation with the project team.The team you will be part of:Based at our global HQ, located in Ballerup, Denmark you will join the team “Service and Warehouse Solutions” – and report to Senior Manager Alexander Kyhl Schønberg.You join our scrum team, focusing on a new Warehouse Management system (D365FO) program where the first project targeting the Enterprise and Gaming Division.As we are expanding the team with a few other positions to meet the internal demands of our services, you will join a team currently consisting of 8 highly skilled functional consultants.Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:Define, refine and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with our Business Product Owners, ensuring alignment with business goals and requirements.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, translating them into actionable user stories.Work closely with delivery teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and timely delivery of features.Monitor and report on product performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize functionality and user experience.Act as the primary point of contact for all technical aspects of the product, providing guidance and support to the development team.Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our solutions remain relevant and innovative.To thrive in the role, we imagine that you have:Acquired a total of 8-10 years' experience across D365FO, AX, and Navision platforms.A higher educational background within Computer Science, Information Technology, or other relevant fields of study.Experience as a Senior Consultant/IT Product Owner or similar role in an IT or supply chain environment.Comprehensive insight into supply chain mechanisms and digital tools.Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, DevOps).Problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.Proficient in managing multiple responsibilities and performing well under tight deadlines.Are fluently in written and spoken English and you are comfortable communicating with others.We imagine that flexibility is an inherent trait of yours and that you can navigate in a global organization with multiple touch points. You consider yourself equally skilled in designing and implementing solutions, which is complimented with your ability to make the complex understandable to your stakeholders.Your ability to work well with others is evident in your contributions to setting up a responsive IT framework.
