- Play a key role in providing insights into the cost of processes, products and productivity to support key management decisions.
- Conduct business cases, scenario analysis, long-term financial forecasting, financial modelling of our processes and presentations to provide the best fundament for future decision making.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing Development, Supply Chain, Strategy areas, Business Intelligence, and Business Support functions across areas to understand and develop financial cost models, analysis, and business cases.
- A MSc Degree within Finance, Business, Strategy or similar.
- +8 years of experience with financial modelling, business cases or as a financial analyst.
- Experience with project management, production economy and long-term financial forecasting will be considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical and strategic skills, and the ability to deliver with high quality under pressure.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement/management skills along with the ability to build trusting relationships.
- Ability to present complex issues in a simple way.
