
Senior Manager (Director Level), Total Rewards

- Own and administrate immigration and relocation/mobility which will be the focus of your job, coordinating and managing relocations and commuters’ programs, EEA arrangements, work permits and related reward elements (correct ICP and equity tax allocation and recording across jurisdictions, equal pay calculations, Fx equalization allowances and payments coordination with relevant payroll teams) and local authorities reporting (ex SKAT, AKSA). Please mind we expect 70% of the time allocated to these matters; this role may be suitable for the individual with mobility and immigration background with career switch to Total rewards.
- Manage Total Rewards delivery across aspects such as delivering annual compensation cycle, harmonizing grades, levels, in collaboration with Total Reward Partners.
- Contribute into harmonization of benefits and wellbeing programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other ancillary benefits, in collaboration with Corporate Benefits team.
- Ensure Regional Compliance & Cultural Sensitivity: Ensure that all total rewards programs comply with CBAs, local laws and regulations across EMEA. This will involve staying updated on regional legislative changes and adapting strategies accordingly.
- Manage M&A Integration: integrating compensation and total rewards programs for acquired companies. Support due diligence where necessary.
- Educational Background: University degree with progressive 10+ years of experience in all aspects of immigration, mobility, compensation and benefits
- Total rewards expertise: understanding of innovative total rewards design principles and practices, including experience with equity-based compensation, and M&As
- Broad Knowledge of EMEA Benefits Programs, including health and retirement plans.
- Regulatory Compliance: Strong knowledge of EMEA-specific regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits, immigration, mobility and CBAs
