You find yourself saying YES, we can begin the journey of helping more people hear better” - Deonda Weldon, Global Sales Trainer, Commercial Learning & Training.This position is instrumental in our continuous pursuit for cross-market collaboration with the ambition to maximize our commercial impact and deliver on our vision to “help more people hear better”.In this role, you will work close to the local management team and get hands-on experience with driving change programs. You will work in different cultures and develop a strong intercultural understanding and capabilities. You will have significant autonomy in your daily planning and coordinating and in this role, you will be able to directly impact commercial outcomes.The Commercial Learning & Training team consists of 5 colleagues including two global trainers. Now we are looking to expand the team with an additional trainer and the key focus is to roll-out, implement and anchor All The Right Things across markets and clinics.Hands-on and create impact!Joining us your primary focus will be to:
  • Support designated global markets in rolling out and implementing ATRT.
  • Collaborate with local leadership and trainers to execute ATRT training.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to guide decision-making processes.
  • Design and oversee ATRT training programs for local trainers and Regional Managers.
  • Contribute to the development of a learning program inventory and strategy.
  • Deliver multiple learning project plans with flexibility to meet tight deadlines.
Are you our new colleague?The ideal candidate is currently working in a customer-faced role, maybe as Regional Sales Manager or as sales trainer. For you to be a success in this role, we expect that you are an ATRT ambassador and are able to translate the ATRT concept into everyday routines in the clinics and support local markets to realize their full potential.As a person, you enjoy a role where you can shape and establish ways of working to ensure effective delivery and follow-up. You are a structured person who enjoys working with several different stakeholders across different functions and geographies. You have experience in facilitation and project management.Most importantly, you have a solid commercial mindset. At the same time, it is important that you are a proactive and humble person to whom it comes naturally to establish and maintain personal relations across a large organization combined with good communication skills.You should expect to work predominantly from home and plan for approx. 60 travel days per year, predominately to markets.Strong purpose and impact on the overall businessQualificationsOur Hearing Care organization (B2C) has experienced significant growth organically and through acquisitions and today we are a respected global hearing aid retailer with activities in 20+ markets.
