As a key player in our team, you will provide strategic direction, oversee interdisciplinary teams, and navigate the complexities of floating offshore wind technology to deliver a successful project.Key Responsibilities:Overall Project Oversight:

Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the entire floating offshore wind project.
Ensure alignment of project goals with company objectives and industry standards.

Team Coordination:

Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
Motivate and inspire team members to achieve project milestones and goals.

Project Planning:

Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Regularly review and update project plans to reflect evolving requirements.

Risk Management:

Identify, assess, and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Proactively address challenges and issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Interface with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, local communities, and project partners.
Build positive relationships, address concerns, and ensure transparency throughout the project.

Technology Integration:

Oversee the seamless integration of floating wind turbine technology with the overall project design.
Collaborate with turbine manufacturers and engineering teams to optimize technology integration.

Budget and Cost Control:

Monitor project expenditures, ensuring adherence to budget constraints.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising project quality.

Timeline Management:

Manage project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and addressing any delays or challenges.
Maintain a proactive approach to timeline management.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Collaborate closely with the regulatory compliance manager to address regulatory requirements.

Quality Assurance:

Implement and oversee robust quality assurance processes to meet industry standards.
Ensure project deliverables align with specifications and quality expectations.

Innovation and Research:

Encourage and support ongoing innovation and research within the team.
Stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices in the field.

Environmental Responsibility:

Ensure comprehensive environmental impact assessments are conducted.
Uphold environmental sustainability principles throughout the project.

Reporting and Documentation:

Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and prepare comprehensive documentation for internal and external use.
Maintain transparent and open communication channels.

Health, Safety, and Environmental Oversight:

Prioritize and enforce health, safety, and environmental protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.

Problem Solving:

Address challenges and resolve issues during the FEED phase with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
