We work closely with our clients to help their operations and optimize their supply chain for improved efficiency and sustainability, using technology to adapt to the constantly evolving digital world.Job DescriptionAs a Manager or Senior Manager in Supply Chain & Network Operations you will have the opportunity to lead the future of supply chain planning by solving complex supply chain planning challenges for industry-leading clients in collaboration with our experienced team.In this role, you will make an impact by:

Lead SAP IBP system implementation projects or workstreams, ensuring the business requirements are met and clients are kept informed.
Support and lead a wider range of SAP related projects.
Architect, design and build solutions, complete playbacks, and enhance functionalities.
Work with stakeholders to understand their needs, design processes, blueprinting, implementing, testing, and documenting the solution.
Identify opportunities to further enhance the client's supply chain.

QualificationsWe celebrate diversity. Your educational background can be as unique as your skills and experiences; however, we expect this position to be highly relevant for people holding a master's degree or equivalent with experience in supply chain management, system implementation, and/or consulting.What you bring to the team:

At least 5 years of SAP Planning experience (including SAP IBP). Implementation and configuration experience qualify.
Successfully implemented multiple SAP IBP solutions within the areas of Demand Planning, S&OP, Inventory Optimization and Response and Supply modules.
Outstanding analytical skills coupled with the ability to tackle complex technological and business challenges.
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Experience managing system implementation projects or workstreams and leading project-based team members.
Solid knowledge of best practices within supply chain management.
Research skills to analyse client inquiries, industry practices, and new technologies.
Flexibility and willingness to travel and meet client needs.
